23:35 w/50lb bag. Burpees ????. Dan do you post any strongman bag work anywhere on here? Or those just on your YouTube and Instagram? Thanks for the content and workouts! Awesome stuff since all the gyms shut down.

Gotcha yeah. I use an up to 80lb bag for farm strong. I’ve seen some of your stuff on youtube with some fun strongman bag work. I’ll check in the competitor programming. Thanks!

For some reason, the 6/24 workout showed up for me at the same time as the 6/25 workout. Funny enough, I did Annie Scaled (single unders and situps). I couldn’t have programmed any better! Now that I have my 60lb sandbag, 6/25 is on!
