8 Sandbag alternating shoulder squat (4 each shoulder)
5 Sandbag push press
8 Sandbag lateral step up (hold sandbag however you want 4 reps each leg)

30 Sandbag ground to overhead
50 Clapping push-up
Cool Down
Bottom of the squat for 2 min with the sandbag on your back

Its so simple, only sack. I have done it with 115lb sack without any straps. Really cool workouts, all these farm strong are cool! Low equipt and still brutal!
