Break up any way you want
100 Wall walks
100 Sandbag lunges (50 each side)
Cool Down
Accumulate 2 min hanging from doorway or pull up bar

What was that! Haha. Work – 68:08 with two location changes. Was scuffing the wall of a door and a wall in my condo. The lunges were easy; 80lb bag done in sets of 20 and were completed at 25:07. The walk walks were crazy spicy. Wanted to quit multiple times but fought through it. Shoulders were still pretty fatigued from yesterday but still had a good time I think.
Best response to a workout Ive seen haha! Way to get it done. Wall walks are so deceptively difficult.
