10 Alternating lunge steps (5 on each leg)

30s Calf stretch each leg
30s Seated hamstring stretch each leg
30s Bottom of the lunge stretch each leg
Workout
4 x 800m sandbag pull
Pull 1: Forward walk
Pull 2: Backwards walk
Carry 1: Back rack run
Carry 2: Zercher carry run
Rest 3 minutes between intervals
*For all pulls tie a rope/tow strap or anything else to the sandbag.
