The mental battle was strong with this one. Work in 79:15 – 80lb bag for all. Was determined to finish all suitcase carries with 80lbs. Did it but took longer than I wanted. Hands are destroyed from my sandbag. Burner!
43 min at 80 lbs in 90 degree heat. tough one, challenging, but fun
