Re-test workout of a Farm Strong staple!
CrossFit.com workout “Chad”- 1000 Sandbag step ups (500 per leg, alternating legs) for time. Use a 20” bench, box, or step. Feeling stout? Use a 24” box. Scale down to a 12” box if needed.
*Hold the Sandbag any way you want (Zercher, bear hug, shoulder, front rack, etc).
*Change sandbag placement throughout the workout as you see fit.
*Substitute 1 dumbbell or 1 kettlebell if needed.
*Scale to 500 step-up’s if needed
Cool Down
Bottom of the lunge stretch for 2 min on each leg
