10 Air squat (2s pause in bottom)

Workout
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:
5 Sandbag back squat, 40-80lbs
10 Push-ups
15 Sandbag sumo deadlift high pull, 40-80lbs
Substitution
Back squat – Air squat
Push up – Box incline push-up Or push-up from knees
*Reduce weight as needed for all weighted movements
Cool Down
Spend 2 min in the bottom of the lunge on each leg
