Workout
5×3 minute run (3 minutes should be as fast as you can maintain for 3 straight minutes, so don’t start too fast).
2 minute easy jog in between sets

Break up how you want
15 Burpee sandbag over shoulder
10 Hand release pull-ups
25 Handstand push ups
