10 Minute EMOM:
4 Strict pull-ups OR 8 sandbag bent over row
8 Clapping push-ups
*If you cannot perform clapping push-ups perform regular push-ups
Workout
Sandbag Ascending Complex:
20 min AMRAP:
Start at 7 reps of each exercise, once completed, move to 8, then 9, etc.
Forward jump over sandbag
Sandbag zercher squat
Sandbag Russian twist (Each time the sandbag crosses your body counts as 1 rep)
Accessory
Sandbag RDL 5×10
-Superset with–
Sandbag bent over row 5×10.
*Rest 1 min between sets
–Then–
Sandbag overhead press 5×10
-Superset with-
Front rack walking lunge 5×10, each leg
*Rest 1 min between sets
Not sure how but Farm Strong seems to smoke me way more then the GPP program.
Used 70 lbs for the work out and made it 27 Reps into the Round of 16.
It is a nice switch will get back to the GPP in a few weeks.
Do you ever get responses or input from Dan, or anyone else? I’ve been doing the Farm Strong program for a month or so, and initially posted my results, but stopped after recieving no feedback.
