Warm-up: done with #25 db’s.
Workout: 18 rounds in 20:11
*DL #45 kb and a #53 kb. Switched kb’s/sides each round.
*Hand-release push-ups. After round 10, the odd rounds were sit-ups. Shoulders getting sore.
Accessory: done with varying types of sit-ups.
