Back at it, last week got in a funk. Soccer league got canceled for another summer. Lost the motivation to keep at it. But new week and adjustable sand bag coming in the mail tomorrow.

50 lb DB’s for today instead, arms are burning, great workout.

Hand-release push-ups.
5 strict pull-ups + 5 bent-over rows: #25
db’s.
Back-rack carry: #70.

Accessory: done with #25 db’s.
