Another good workout. Used 50 lb slam ball. Sand bag has not arrived yet.

Warm-up: done

Workout:
Cleans: #30 db’s. Could go heavier.
F. Squats: #25’s
S-2-oh: #20’s
Zercher: #40 sandbag.

Accessory: got ’em done! High-rep regular squats nag my R hip, so switched up squat variations: regular, sumo, narrow, static lunges, curtsey, and pistols to a bench. ????
