Finished Workout in 18:19

Use 50 lb slam ball for over shoulder.

Warm-up: done. #53 kb for carries.

Workout: switched sit-ups(30) and push-ups(20). #50 strongman bag for throws.
8:10, 8:18. Total: 19:28.
