Bottom of the squat with sandbag on back for 2 min
In a time crunch today- didn’t warm-up or cool down.
1 hr 15 min walk with #40 sandbag. Never dropped the bag, kinda proud of that!

Way to go on never dropping the bag! No biggie on the warmup and cool down for that one.
My hip flexors are still screaming at me! The hills were pretty brutal.
Thins escalate quickly when carrying weight!
