Which part? First part, 18:15. Then about a 2 minute rest, then the second part, 10:40. Didn’t time the walk, Mom walked with me, but she has a bad ankle, so she walks much slower than i do. Time under tension, ya?! ????
Sorry what I should of clarified, the whole session. Warmup workout to cool down, how long did that take?
No worries! I didn’t time the 400m walk, so with a close guesstimate on that time, from the warm up through cool down about 45 minutes, give or take a couple minutes. ????
