*If using a dumbbell or kettlebell, perform a farmers carry 100m, performing 5 dumbbell power cleans or kettlebell cleans every 5m until you reach 100m.

5×3 Sandbag squasquat jumps – hold bag however you want
4×20 Sandbag zercher squats
4×15 Sandbag reverse lunges
4×10 Sandbag rdl
*Rest 1-2 min between each set

Accessory
