Warmup
EMOM for 12 min alternating between
7-10 Burpee (bottom of squat in remaining time)
5 Push-up + 4 alternating arm plank shoulder taps (Childs pose in remaining time)
5 Kb swing + 4 kb strict press (standing bent over hamstring stretch in remaining time)
Workout Notes:
Long chipper for today! The goal is to finish the second round within 2 minutes of your first round! That doesn’t mean you should sandbag round 1! Pushing ourselves mentally and physically with this one. Keep your eyes on the clock for maintaining your pace! Use a sandbag, single dumbbell or single kettlebell for all weighted movements between 20lbs and 80lbs
