3 Ring row or bent over
3 Diamond push-up
3 Sandbag deadlift
3 Air squat
–Then–
For 30s each
Calf stretch
Seated hamstring stretch
Couch stretch each leg
Box front rack stretch

Workout Notes
Substitute a dumbbell/kettlebell if needed. Lunge in place if room is not appropriate for walking lunges.

Workout
As many reps as possible in 20 mins of:
Sandbag front rack walking lunge
*Every time you drop the implement perform 5 bent over row + 10 push-up + 15 Sit-up

Accessory
3 Rounds
30s Weighted front plank, pick weight you can go for the full 30s
10 Weighted oblique crunch (each side)
*Rest 1 min between each round
