Workout Notes:
The stimulus for today is stressing the cardiorespiratory system specifically the aerobic system. We need the intensity to build over the course of this workout to get our best score. The sustainable moderate/easy pace felt in round 1 will not feel this way in round 5. Save your bump in intensity for the last 1.5 rounds!
