Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 mins of:
Partner A
Sandbag carry, 100 m
Partner B Amrap until partner A returns of:
10 Deadlift
10 Hang power clean
If you do not have a partner perform 3 rounds of the deadlifts and and hang power clean before going back to the run.
Cool Down
2 min each
Iron cross (hold each leg over position for 2 min)
Wrist stretch in each direction
