Another saturday team workout! Grab a friend and give this one a go! Split up reps 50/50, break them up however you want.

For the run, one partner will run a full 500m before the other partner does. Can perform outside or on a trueform/assault runner.

If you don’t have a partner, perform half the reps on a 20s work/20s rest interval.

Warm-up: done.
Workout: 27:00
20 sec on/ 20 off, 50 reps each.
* Box-jumps: 20″
* Sumo DLHP: #45 kb
* Thrusters: #25 dumbbells
* 1-mile run: (8-ish min)
* V-ups. My elbow needed a break.
* P. Cleans: #30 dumbbells.
