Warmup
EMOM 15 min 40s work/40s rest
Min 1: Sit-up
Min 2: Burpee
Min 3: Air squat

2 Rounds for 30s each
Bottom of the lunge each leg
Calf stretch each leg
Pretzel stretch
Workout
Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 mins of:
3 Sandbag devils press
20 Lateral hops over the sandbag (each hop over counts as 1)
Cool Down
For 2 min each
Calf stretch
Seated hamstring stretch
Accumulate 1 min on each arm hanging from the pull-up bar, supported by the feet
Warm-up: done.
Workout: 11 + 3 devil’s presses.
