Yesterday’s:
Warm-up: done

Workout: 1 round + 16 cleans.
* Sandbag jumps: subbed double-unders.
* HS walk: 50 shoulder-taps. These took some time, haven’t been upside down in a while!
* Cleans: #50
* Rows: #50
* V-ups: ✔
* OH squats: #45 bar.
* Burp BJO’s: ✔
* Alt arm rows: #25
* Lunges: #50

Accessory: skipped, late for an appt!
