Yesterday’s:
Warm-up: done.

Workout: 7:07. Pretty sure i did round #2 twice…????‍♀️
* subbed #65 bench press for push-ups.
* sit-ups: ✔
* subbed double-unders for bag hops.

Accessory:
* Strict press: #20 dumbbells.
* Rows: #65
