Yesterday’s:
Warm-up: done.

Workout: 7:04
* HSPU’s: subbed HS shoulder-taps. These were pretty slow, i was kinda afraid my left elbow and shoulder weren’t going to support me.
* Bench dips: #25
* Push-ups: subbed bench press: #25 dumbbells.

Accessory:
*15×set Banded ham curls: orange band.
* Sit-ups: #25 kb.
