Did 70kg/ 155lbs (still detrained because of CV19)
63,59,19= 141 reps
Wife did 45kg/ 100lbs
40,60,20= 120 reps
Misread WOD brief and only did 8 rounds Tabata instead of 10 of each movement.
Silly question possibly…….are we doing 10 intervals for each exercise ?
