I’m trying to figure out how to structure a workout plan and not sure how to. Some guidance please?

Misael, I’m not sure what you are asking, if you follow farm strong it is a structured plan! If you are asking about how to follow several of the workout tracks that we offer, each track is meant to be stand alone but you can mix and match as you see fit.
You can also join the flow track which gives you a mix of workouts from each track we offer. Does that make sense?
