Workout
15 Minutes of density bodyweight work (density meaning accumulating reps at a lower intensity)
Pull ups OR bent over row
Push ups
Lunges
*Rotate through all 3 movements for 15 minutes breaking up how you want.

Accessory
2 Rounds:
Tabata Sit Ups (4 minutes)
8 Rounds of 20s work 10s rest
*2 min rest between rounds
