Yesterdays:
Warm-up: done.

Workout: Part 1) 4:14. Push-ups are sloooow. Part 2) 3:14. Total: 7:14, #25 dumbbells.

Accessory: 800m. sandbag carry: 11 min.

*10 min rest.

Today’s: 150 wallballs, #15 ball. 6:36. I think i coulda broke 6 min if i was fresh.

Forgot to do the accessories! Durrr. ????‍♀️
