50 Box jumps onto an object that is roughly 24” high
50 Pull ups- perform as many strict as you can before moving to kipping or butterfly
50 Sandbag thrusters
50 Walking sandbag lunge steps (25 per leg)
50 Knees to elbows OR V-up
50 Sandbag push press
50 Burpees
50 Side to side jumps over the sandbag
50 Sandbag sit ups
50 Sandbag shouldering (25 per shoulder)
