Walking lunge
Side to side lunge
Inch worm
Walking knee hug
Forward bound

3x50m run at increasing pace each rep (walk back rest)

Workout
30 Minute fartlek run
*fartlek stands for “speed play.” Alternate times of running fast and slow as you feel for example: 30s moderate pace, 30s easy pace

Cool Down
Stretch/foam roll anything that is sore or tight for 30 min
