Workout
Deck of Cards Workout:
Diamonds= Sandbag Bear Hug Squats
Hearts = Sandbag Walking Lunges (each leg)
Spades = Sandbag Thruster
Clubs = Burpees.
Ace’s are 1 rep, any face card is 10 reps. 30 minute time cap to get through as many cards as possible!

Groin/butterfly stretch for 2 min
