25 Jumping jacks
20 Air squats
15 Push ups
:30 Front plank

Workout
Every 2 minutes for 20 Minutes (10 Rounds):
10 Sandbag Floor Press
8 Push-up
6 Dip
*Add 1 rep per round until the 20 min is up or you cannot complete the three movements in the 2 min. IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLETE THE ROUNDS IN 2 MIN, go back to the starting reps, 10,8,6 and start the reps over until you reach 20 minutes
-Rest 5 min-
16×100 yard sprints @ 70-75% max effort
*1 Minutes rest in between sprints

Man..that was a chest and tricep blast..didn’t anticipate that getting as hard as it was. Great workout!

I used an 80 lb SB and had to do bench dips between two chairs. Im currently in quarantine on base and I haven’t left this barracks room for 3 weeks.

Went up to 18/16/14 and only able to perform 5 of the dips. Did last round at 10/8/6

Total reps: 339
