Warm-up done, with strict t2b.

Workout: 5 rounds, 14:25

Body weight pistol squats to bench,
accidentally only did 5x side.
F- rack reverse lunges #20 db’s.
Regular pushups to bench.
Seated military press: #20 db’s.
