Need to get another sandbag cause 135 is a little much for some of these movements, Should not take 30 minutes to make it to 4 rounds.

Is your sandbag a strongman bag or one with handles? That’s some heavy weight to be throwing around! We recommend a 60-100lb bag for men on this program. Having a variety never hurts.
Strongman bag that has straps on it. Looking to get one like a cylendar style soon.
Also great finish in the first round of the open and good luck to you in the next round.

Yea a cylinder one would be helpful but straps are clutch for the strongman bag.
