Need to get another sandbag cause 135 is a little much for some of these movements, Should not take 30 minutes to make it to 4 rounds.

10 Sandbag bear hug squats 5×10. (135)
15 Sandbag RDL (135)
10 Sandbag walking Lunge, (each leg) (62 lb KB)
