Workout
8x400m bear hug Carries- As heavy as a bag as you can handle, but finish each 400m within 2:30, 3 min rest in between
*Carry dumbbells in the front rack position or as a farmers carry
*If you are not finishing the 400m in 2:30 and you cannot change the weight of the bag, scale down to a 8 x 2:30min carry and 3:00min rest between intervals
Cool Down
Stretch calf and achilles for 1:30 each leg

Does it matter what position you hold the bag?
Made it five rounds before my back and arms starting to give out completely. Tough workout!
