Did yesterday’s WOD
Warm-up: done. Diamond p.u.’s on knees.

Workout: sandbag at work is too heavy, used dumbbells. This workout got sketchy fast! ????
Split squats: #25 db’s.
Thrusters: #20’s
Hand-release push-ups.
Floor Press: #25’s

Accessory: done!
