Even min: 100 yard run (50yd out and back)
*If you get to a point of not being able to complete the work in 1 min. Take the next minute off, then continue. Stop at 20min no matter what.

Couch stretch each leg for 1:30

Complete. This was awesome! Only had a 120lb sandbag so I carried it 30 yards instead of 25 yards
For the sandbag carry. Is this like a farmers carry or across the back of the shoulders?
I did bear hug carry. Very effective
Its all dangerous team, will be more descriptive. Anyway you could have carried it was acceptable!
