Yeppers, thank you! It was there last night, but gone today.
Warm up: done minus the dive rolls. Somersaults give me headaches, so i opted out of the dive rolls!
Workout: 32 min fartlek done. Brutal.
Accessory: done. Abs SO sore from yesterday’s L-hangs, didn’t even notice until i did today’s accessory! ????
