Warm-up done. Knee push-ups, squats and bent-over rows.

Workout: 9 minutes. Helllloooo lungs!!!
G-2-OH #20 db’s. Could’ve gone a bit heavier.
Bear-hug squat: #35 kb.
Bent-over rows: ##25 db’s.

Accessory: done
