Warm-up: done. Subbed 2 min assault bike for run.
Workout: 4 rounds + rows & presses. #50 sandbag. A little too heavy for that many zercher squats-bit the low back a bit.
Accessory: done with #50 sandbag. Accidentally did 5×5 of DL and f squats. ????????
Pull-ups: 5/4/5.
