20 Calf raises (with bag on your back or shoulder)
Workout
Grab a bag, dumbbells, kettlebells or ruck sack as heavy as you can handle, and see how far you can get in 40 mins.
Cool Down
Calf stretch for 1:30 on each leg

Im not home today so I have limited access to equipment. I only have access to a sled and some bumper plates and barbell. will a 40 min sled push or drag work?
