Squats: #40 sandbag.
RDL: #30 db’s.
Lunges: #40 sandbag.
Accessory: Couldn’t do. Been having stabbing pain in left hip. The sprints weren’t too bad, but the turn-arounds HURT. Tried 1 round and stopped.
*Did 2×30 each side tricep pull-downs with orange band, and a variety of ab exercises

I iced the heck out of it, and took a few ibuprofen. Woke up feeling fine. Not sure what i did. I’ve had bursitis in that hip before, but it usually comes on slower, not suddenly.
