Combined yesterday’s and todays.
*Warm-up: yesterdays-done.

Workout:
Yesterday’s. 18:15.
*Floor presses: #25 db’s, #30’s, #30’s, #30’s, #35’s.
*Rows: #25’s
*OH presses: #20’s
*Burpees: yep.

-5 min rest-

Todays: 10:40
*Sandbag throws: #50
*V-ups: yup.
*Burpees: yep.

400m. walk with #50 sandbag.

Which part? First part, 18:15. Then about a 2 minute rest, then the second part, 10:40. Didn’t time the walk, Mom walked with me, but she has a bad ankle, so she walks much slower than i do. Time under tension, ya?! ????

No worries! I didn’t time the 400m walk, so with a close guesstimate on that time, from the warm up through cool down about 45 minutes, give or take a couple minutes. ????
Are you gunna do Murph on Monday?!
