Workout:
7 minute AMRAP of Sandbag CleaClean and Jerk and toes to bar ladder.
3 reps or each, 6 reps of each, 9 reps of each, etc until the 7 min is up
*If you do not have access to a bar for toes to bar, perform V-up.
Accessory:
4 x 1:00 Front plank
4 x :30 Sec per side side plank
*Rest 1-2 min between sets
