High knee pull to lunge
Back lunge to twist
Side lunge
Inchworms
Walking toe touch
Workout:
4 Rounds:
Carry sandbag for 5 min as far as possible.
At the end of each 5 minute interval
3 Rounds
5 Broad jumps
10 Diamond push ups
20 sit ups
1 Minute rest in between
Accessory:
2 Min each
Couch stretch
Calf stretch each leg OR double leg
Did yesterday’s:
Warm-up: 1 round only, everything is fatigued.
Workout: got through the 15’s +15 C&J, finished the 18 C&J, because i hate stopping in the middle of a round! #40 sandbag, T2B all unbroken.
