Sandbag Benchmark Workout #1: “F Your Couch” We are all spending way too much time on
our couches right now. Let’s show these legs what they are really made for. Grab your sandbag. Find a wall. Wall sit for time with sandbag on lap. GO TO YOUR HAPPY PLACE!! If your wall sit lasts shorter than 10 minutes, rest, and then perform 5x1min wall sits, with 2 min break in between, to start to train this up. You will see it again.
