Warm-up: nope, no time!

Workout: 3.5 miles/ 63 minutes. #50 bag, with SOOOO many stops for the DL’s, etc! Then a 1.5 mile (12 min) run back to my pickup at my parent’s house.

15 minute ice bath-felt so nice after being so hot!????????????
