Warm-up: done.

Workout: Grettel, 5:00, #75. Lost time tightening up my clamps twice. Not cool! ????

Might try again tomorrow, thinking i can get it down around 4 min. But considering i haven’t touched a barbell since early October, and nothing over #50, i guess it went alright…
