Had to alternate the hspu’s with seated shoulder presses.
10 kipp. hspu’s to abmat,
5 seated shoulder press, #25 db’s.
10 hspu’s, 5 presses, 5 hspu’s, 5 presses, 5 hspu’s, 5 presses. 6:14
Burpees: 4:22

OH presses: #20’s
Dips off bench

The Midwest is certainly more humid than Colorado. Subbed a pair of 35 lb DB push press for handstand push-ups.
